Reviews and Ratings <br />
I recently stayed at this resort spa, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although they felt a bit dated and could really use some updates. The service was wonderfully friendly, which made my stay feel more welcoming. The dining was a highlight, especially the warm banana pudding, while the pool area was delightful. However, I did find that the Wi-Fi wasn't included in the price, which was a bit inconvenient.
I stayed at this resort spa and found it to have a wonderful ambiance, especially with the serene view of the woods from the balcony. The staff really made a difference with their warmth, although some aspects felt outdated, and I think the rooms need a refresh. Dining was fantastic – I couldn't get enough of the warm banana pudding! Overall, while it has its charming moments, it also has some areas that really could use improvement.
My stay at the resort was pretty relaxing, and I did enjoy the peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature. The room was nice, especially with the balcony overlooking the woods, which had a calming effect. However, I was disappointed that my room wasn’t ready for over an hour after check-in time, which was frustrating. Overall, it’s a good place for a calm getaway but could use some improvements in timing and certain amenities.
My stay at the resort spa was a mixed bag. On one hand, the rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, but they had an old smell and felt a bit shabby, indicating a need for an update. The service provided by the staff was friendly and personable, but I did encounter an instance where a member lacked basic people skills. Overall, it was an affordable option, though the facilities could use some improvement to match the pricing.
Overall, my stay at the resort spa was quite enjoyable. The rooms were a bit shabby and definitely in need of an update, which was a letdown. The service from the staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating, which made up for some of the shortcomings. The dining experience was a highlight, especially the amazing warm banana pudding. However, I did have to wait over an hour for my room, which was frustrating.
